The Tap Room Manager is responsible for the execution of strategic plans for the sales channel, along with the day-to-day operations management of the business unit. They will find ways to increase profitability in the Tap Room & Bottle Shop through both revenue generation and cost controls. Through an active presence on the floor supporting and leading the team, the Tap Room Manager will ensure the successful operation of the Leslieville Tap Room and Bottle Shop.
