Now, here I sit 3 years, 9 months and 5 days later, my first day working full time for Left Field Brewery. Over that time frame I temporarily left the accounting world, went back to school to learn brewing, worked as a brewer at Molson’s pilot brewery, graduated from school and went on to work as a brewing supervisor. I even wrote a book about homebrewing!
But it’s always been the goal to open my own brewery. Mandie and I are so thankful to have the support of friends, family and industry colleagues and we’re so excited for what’s to come.
