Important Changes to the Fan Club
Friends and Fans,
Since you last heard from us, we’ve been working hard to restore access to Fan Club Rewards in the Online Fan Shop. After hitting some major roadblocks, we are regretfully no longer able to offer the ability to earn and redeem Fan Club Rewards online.
Without writing you a novel, we do want to provide some context on what has led us to this point. As we’ve been working toward opening our new location in Liberty Village (very soon!), we needed to move to a new Point of Sale platform that was capable of operating a large scale Tap Room, Kitchen and Retail Store. Despite a great deal of research, testing and effort, we were ultimately left with some tough choices, and no viable path forward to a fully integrated in-person and online Fan Club experience that we could feel proud of. We will continue to seek better options for restoring the online Fan Club experience and we’re optimistic that there will be good news to share in early to mid 2024.
So what does this mean?
Effective immediately, Fan Club points will no longer be earned for purchases made online, but will continue to be earned in-store, as usual.
Fan Club members who wish to redeem their rewards online may request to do so until December 15th, 2023 by completing THIS FORM. A one-time use discount code redeemable online for eligible items will be emailed to you within 15 business days. After December 15th 2023, Fan Club rewards will be redeemable in-person only at both Left Field Brewery locations.
We have some fresh apparel and new fan gear in the online Fan Shop right now, but if you don’t see something that catches your eye, don’t worry – the online discount code will not expire.
The good news?
We’re very happy to share that Fan Club points will be redeemable on food items at our new Liberty Village location, expanding the options available for Fan Club rewards redemption.
